a3 was hired by the multi-national owner of 80 Willow in Menlo Park, CA, to represent its interests in the design and construction of this shell retrofit project. 80 Willow is a Bay Area landmark known for decades as the Sunset Magazine headquarters. Working with the development team, a3 led the onboarding of the general contractor in addition to managing the schedule, budget, and construction.
