Align Technology, a global medical device company, engaged a3 to manage the expansion of its campus and West Coast headquarters in San Jose. Working with Align and the project team, a3 oversaw the space programming of a new building and prepared the build-out of the new space. In an additional assignment, a3 worked on the development of a campus Innovation Center and advised Align about how to integrate its real estate and business strategy.
 
Key features: Project management services to advance Align’s R&D efforts, including a 17,500 SF new lab to help support the development of new technologies. Workplace solutions respond to COVID protocols. Also, a new clinic enables formal and informal collaboration that is vital to Align’s mission.
